Cathy is the business processor for Clarice Couey. Her responsibilities include processing business/client related forms, such as distribution, and loan requests. She is responsible for updating the client database, scanning documents, tracking and filing all planner and client correspondence, and maintaining the file room.
She participates in monthly operations meetings, trainings, and focus groups. She presented a monthly “Go Green” segment during the monthly operations meeting for almost two years. She studied for, and obtained a FINRA Series 6 license.
She has been with the Ventura office since September 2005. Before her daughter was born, she was a Project Manager for a major commercial floor covering company for 11 years. She was responsible for the supervision of more than 15 project coordinators, and job cost auditing for several branch offices.
